Full Time Office Administrator Required

ATR Group is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join a busy office in our continually expanding building and restoration company in Rathcoole, Co Dublin.

Duties will include;

  • Answering incoming calls,
  • logging projects and dealing with customer and supplier queries
  • Setting up and maintaining Project Document Control procedures
  • Liaising with site technicians to organise daily work schedule
  • Data entry to Sage Accounts Package
  • Purchasing – Placing PO’s and reconciling purchase invoices
  • Typing of reports and estimates from dictaphone
  • Update and maintenance of Project Costing Spreadsheets
  • Manual and electronic filing

Essential Skills Required;

  • 2-3 years administration experience
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task
  • High level of of communication skills
  • A friendly manner is essential with the ability to build up customer relationships
    Excellent time management
