Background
The owners of this house were not getting any use form the valuable outdoor space that they had at the rear of their house. They wanted somebody to help them plan how to get the most for their budget and get more usable space that added to their enjoyment of their house and increase the value.
Planning
Based on their experience the ATR team were able to work with the client to plan on how to get the most out of a relatively small space with both a new conservatory onto the house to give more interior space as well as landscaping the outdoor space to make it a place where the family wanted to hang out.
The Build
The ATR group brought in their construction and landscaping teams who were able to work side by side to turn the project around in a short space of time and give the family the new living and entertaining space they had always wanted
